The people of Clydach Vale have been showing their appreciation for key workers by building a 'pathway of hope' from painted pebbles. The colourful stones can be found alongside a lake at Clydach Vale Countryside Park. A beautiful haven for wildlife in an area that was once blighted by coal-mining, the beauty-spot is a popular route for walkers taking their daily exercise amid the coronavirus lockdown. Today is known as Good Friday and we deserve some good news. Whilst people are in lockdown, yet another story emerges of animals acting strangely whilst taking advantage of the lack of crowds. At the beginning of the week, lambs were spotted playing on a roundabout in an abandoned playground. This strange sight was filmed by Debbie Ellis from Preston. In these difficult times we do our best to bring you some positivity. Finding Fairies brings you content to put a smile on your face. Wednesday was April Fools Day and one of the most popular pranks played on children was telling them they had to go back to school. Most children have been homeschooled since the coronavirus forced the government's hand but this week many of them were tricked into putting on their school uniforms. Whilst the situation at the moment is changeable we want to reassure our customers that we are all doing all we can to make sure our services continue as normal throughout the lockdown period. We feel it is more important than ever to provide an online community and encourage young children into gardening and outdoor activities.
